1. Tier apa saja yang terdapat di FOREwards?
– Member
– Silver
– Gold

2. Apa yang harus dilakukan untuk bisa naik ke level yang lebih tinggi?
– Untuk dapat naik dari level Member ke Silver, kamu harus menyelesaikan minimum

3 Order dalam satu bulan
– Untuk dapat naik dari level Silver ke Gold, kamu harus menyelesaikan minimum 6 order dalam satu bulan.
– Bulan baru dihitung per tanggal 1 tiap bulannya

3. Apa yang dimaksud dengan “Lifetime Tier” dan bagaimana cara untuk mencapai level tersebut?
– Lifetime Tier adalah posisi dimana kamu sudah ada di titik aman di dalam tier kamu setelah memenuhi kualifikasi yang ada.
– Kamu dapat mencapai posisi “Silver Lifetime” Tier ketika kamu sudah pernah mencapai Silver Tier selama total 6x sejak menjadi member FOREwards
– Kamu dapat mencapai posisi “Gold Lifetime” Tier ketika kamu sudah pernah mencapai Gold Tier selama total 6x sejak menjadi member FOREwards

4. Benefit apa saja yang didapat ketika berhasil naik ke tier yang lebih tinggi?
– Setiap kali kamu berhasil naik ke tier yang lebih tinggi, kamu akan mendapatkan poin lebih banyak dari tier sebelumnya.
– Ketika kamu berhasil naik ke Silver Tier, kamu akan mendapatkan 1.25x dari jumlah poin yang seharusnya kamu dapat
– Ketika kamu berhasil naik ke Gold Tier, kamu akan mendapatkan 1.5x dari jumlah poin yang seharusnya kamu dapat

5. Saya baru saja mengalami penurunan tier level. Mengapa hal itu terjadi dan bagaimana cara saya untuk mempertahankan tier level saya?
– Point anda akan di review setiap bulan. Jika anda tidak memenuhi kualifikasi untuk mempertahankan level anda, maka tier anda akan di downgrade ke Member.
– Untuk dapat mempertahankan tier level, Silver member harus melakukan minimal 3 transaksi dalam sebulan dan Gold member harus melakukan minimal 6 transaksi dalam sebulan.
– Ilustrasi :
a ) Andi menjadi member Fore dan berhasil menyelesaikan 3 order di bulan Oktober 2019. Order Andi di review pada tanggal 1 November, dan Andi berhasil untuk naik ke Silver tier. Namun di bulan November 2019, Andi hanya berhasil untuk menyelesaikan 2 order. Pada review berikutnya tanggal 1 Desember 2019, Andi harus turun level ke Member tier.
b) Brian menjadi member Fore dan berhasil menyelesaikan 6 order di bulan Oktober 2019. Order Brian di review di tanggal 1 November 2019, dan Brian berhasil naik ke Gold tier. Namun di bulan November 2019, Brian hanya berhasil untuk menyelesaikan 4 order. Pada review berikutnya tanggal 1 Desember 2019, Brian harus turun ke Member tier.

6. Apakah poin saya akan hangus?
Ya, poin kamu akan hangus jika kamu tidak melakukan aktivitas poin (transaksi, tukar poin) selama 3 bulan berturut- turut.

FOREwards Tier Qualifications F.A.Q

1. What are the available tiers in FOREwards?
– Member
– Silver
– Gold

2. What are the qualifications I should fulfill to level up from one tier to another?
– To level up from Member to Silver, you need to complete min 3 orders/month
– To level up from Silver to Gold, you need to complete min 6 orders/month
Note each month starts from the 1st of the month.

3. What is the meaning of “Lifetime Tier” and how do I reach that level?
– Lifetime Tier is the position where you are secured in your current tier after you fulfill the lifetime qualifications. .
– You can reach “Silver Lifetime” tier after you have reached Silver tier for 6 cumulative times . The silver status does not have to be reached in consecutive months.
– You can reach “Gold Lifetime” tier after you have reached Gold Tier for 6 cumulative times. The gold status does not have to be reached in consecutive months.

4. What will I get as benefits when I go to the higher tier?
– Everytime you reach higher tier, your point will be multiplied from the original points you earn.
– When you reach Silver Tier, your points will be multiplied 1.25x the actual points you earn
– When you reach Gold Tier, your points will be multiplied 1.5x the actual points you earn

5. My tier
– Your points will be reviewed every 1st day of the month
– If you do not fulfill the order qualifications within the previous month, your tier will automatically be downgraded. Both Silver and Gold member will be downgraded straight to Member level.
– To maintain your Silver tier, you must complete at least 3 orders per month
– To maintain your Gold tier, you must complete at least 6 orders per month
– Example:
a) Andy became a new Fore member and completed 3 orders in October 2019. His transaction was reviewed on Nov 1, and he got upgraded to Silver member. However, in November 2019, he was only able to make 2 orders. By his next review in Dec 1, he was unable to maintain her Silver tier and got downgraded to Member tier.
b) Brian registered as a new Fore member and completed 6 orders in October 2019. His transaction was reviewed on Nov 1, 2019 and he got upgraded to Gold tier straightaway. However, he was only able to complete 4 orders in November 2019, so after his next review on Dec 1, he got downgraded to Member tier (not Silver tier)

6. Does my points ever get expired?
Yes, your points will expire if you do not make any points activity (transaction & redemption) within 3 consecutive months.
